Overview
After an extraordinary expedition in February 2025 - where 43 fundraisers conquered Africa’s highest peak - in 2026, we take our mission to the Himalayas. For adventure, for connection, and for purpose. With every step, we’ll raise vital funds and awareness for the Girls’ Empowerment Programme (GEP) in Devchuli, Nepal - a transformative project supported by the Last Night A DJ Saved My Life Foundation. This is more than a trek. It’s a life-changing experience that challenges your body, elevates your spirit and opens your heart. We’re with you every step of the journey, offering training support, preparation guides and expert advice. You’ll trek alongside a crew of like-minded legends, and we promise: it will stay with you forever. So lace up your boots, tune into the rhythm of the mountains, and join us for the ultimate Himalayan adventure. Trip Tips
Climbing Kit
You will need to have a tried and tested kit with you. Sleeping bags and walking poles can be hired at a small additional cost if you wish. How much you choose to spend on your equipment is a personal choice however if you have no kit and choose to buy mainly second hand from sites such as Vinted then expect to spend around £300. Detailed kit list will soon.
Tipping Porters
Tipping is an important part of trekking culture in Nepal and is a way to thank your guides and porters for their hard work. For a 14-day trek in the Annapurna region, the typical guideline is: Lead Guide: USD $10–15 per day Assistant Guide: USD $7–10 per day Porters: USD $5–7 per day At the end of the trek, tips are usually handed over in cash directly to each team member. You can adjust amounts based on service quality and your own discretion. For the full team, including kitchen staff where applicable, the total cost typically ranges between USD $200–250 per person for a 14-day trek. It’s recommended to carry small denominations of USD or Nepali Rupees to make tipping straightforward.
You'll Be Staying Here
Tea Houses, Himalayas
Along the trek, you’ll stay in traditional Himalayan tea houses - simple, welcoming lodges that offer basic rooms, hot meals, and a cozy place to rest after each day on the trail. While facilities are modest, the warmth and hospitality of the tea house hosts make every stop memorable.
These lodges provide a unique chance to experience local culture, meet fellow trekkers, and recharge for the next stage of the adventure, all while surrounded by stunning mountain scenery.
Lo Mustang, Kathmandu
Lo Mustang is your calm, stylish base in the heart of Thamel - the perfect blend of Nepali character and modern comfort. Expect warm hospitality, clean and spacious rooms, great showers, and a cosy atmosphere that feels like a soft landing before (and after) the adventure.
Step outside and you're instantly in the buzz of Kathmandu’s most vibrant neighbourhood; step inside and it’s peaceful, friendly, and effortlessly comfortable.
Hidden Kingdom, Pokhara
Hidden Kingdom is your post-trek paradise and the perfect home base for the grand finale of our adventure. Bright, modern, and just steps from the Lakeside buzz, it’s where the hot showers hit different, the beds feel unreal after the mountains, and the balconies open onto classic Pokhara views.
This is where recovery meets celebration - the ideal place to reset, recharge, and roll straight into full-blown celebration mode for our final night together.

Are flights included in the experience price?
No. We will be offering a group flight option in the coming weeks, which you're welcome to join. Alternatively, you can make your own travel arrangements and we'll meet you in Nepal.
Will I need to complete a medical declaration?
Yes. You will be asked to complete a medical declaration form in order to attend the trip. For some medical conditions including knee and back injuries we may require a Drs certificate stating that you are safe to take part in this trip. We will contact you to discuss any issues raised on the medical declaration.
Will there be a doctor on the trip?
Yes. However, although we will have a doctor supporting the trip, there is limited access to medical treatment in the Himalayas due to its remote nature.
Will you be arranging any training sessions?
We will organise some training weekends in the UK, to help you prepare. Details will follow in due course.
What insurance will I need?
You will need standard travel insurance plus high altitude insurance. It is compulsory to have high altitude insurance to attend the trip. Normal travel insurance (including winter sport cover) does not include cover for over 3000 meters. In the weeks running up to the trip we will require a copy of the insurance documents.
Will I need a visa to enter Nepal?
British passport holders will need a visa to enter Nepal. It's a straight forward process which can be managed online. You can also do a visa on arrival. What kit will I need?
You will need to have a tried and tested kit with you and we will share a detailed kit list at least 6 months prior to departure. Sleeping bags, walking poles and sleeping matts can be hired at a small additional cost if you wish. How much you choose to spend on your equipment is a personal choice however if you have no kit and choose to buy mainly second hand from sites such as Vinted then expect to spend around £300.
What jabs or medication will I need?
Recommended vaccinations for Nepal include Hepatitis A, typhoid, and tetanus, as well as ensuring routine immunizations like MMR and polio are up to date. Depending on your travel plans, additional vaccines for rabies, Japanese encephalitis, hepatitis B, and cholera may be recommended. Consulting a travel clinic is crucial to determine your specific needs.
What is the climate like?
November is one of the best months to trek in the Annapurna region, with clear skies, minimal rainfall, and stunning mountain views. Daytime temperatures in the valleys are around 15–20°C (59–68°F), while higher elevations like Tilicho Lake can drop to 0–5°C (32–41°F). Nights are cold, often below freezing, so warm layers and proper gear are essential.
